The Phoenix short sale blog

Thursday, February 5th, 2009

Hello everyone…it’s been a while since I’ve posted a Phoenix short sale blog.  I have been busy - I have picked up several new short sale clients in the Phoenix area.  As the foreclosures continue to pour in, more and more smart homeowners are seeing the value of a Phoenix short sale.

Why destroy your credit with a foreclosure when it can be avoided?  As I tell all of my clients - The bank doesn’t want to take your home back.  They would much rather see you short sale your home.  The foreclosure process is extremely expensive for banks.  In fact, many experts agree that legal fees and costs can be over $50,000 per home for the bank when foreclosing on a home.

If you need help with a phoenix short sale fill out the contact form on the webpage.  Or give me a call at 602-762-1270.  Our process is fast, easy, and painless.  Once we receive all of the proper documentation from you, your work is over.  We do all of the dirty work for you.

Many of our clients end up staying in their homes much longer than they had originally anticipated.

We provide short sale help for homeowners in these cities:  Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler.

Arizona short sale - beware of the scams

Thursday, January 1st, 2009

I read an interesting article in the Arizona Republic today concerning certain companies that claim they will renegotiate your loan terms with your lender to either lower your payment or lower your principal, or perform an Arizona short sale.  Basically the article states that scams and fraud are dramatically increasing in the Phoenix area with these types of companies.

If you need honest and reliable help negotiating an Arizona short sale or “az short sale”, give us a call at 602-762-1270 or visit our Arizona short sale page at arizona short sale help

The article goes into more depth and explains that several individuals have claimed to be able to renegotiate your loan terms with your bank.  Here’s the catch, these crooks will charge the homeowners anywhere from $1000 upfront or more.  And then once your check has been cashed, the crooks quit returning your phone calls.  Then you’re left with facing a foreclosure.

As I have warned my clients in the past, DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO ANYONE TO PROCESS YOUR ARIZONA SHORT SALE OR AZ SHORT SALE.  I have heard of licensed Realtors who are charging big money up front to process the paperwork.  I’m not saying that these Realtors are bad or dishonest.  Many of them do a great job.

There is simply no need to pay money to have your AZ short sale processed.  With allhomesaz.com, our service to you is completely free.

Our Phoenix short sale team - Why should you choose us?

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

Why should you choose our team for your Phoenix Short Sale?  The answer is simple:  our track record speaks for itself.  Statistics show that the average short sale realtor in the Phoenix area has roughly a 20% chance of successfully closing your short sale.  That’s pretty scary!  If my credit depending on that statistic, I would be extremely nervous.  But not with Allhomesaz.com, we have helped numerous families in the Phoenix area with their short sale needs.

Obviously there are good realtors who do successfully negotiate Phoenix short sales, but they are few and far between.  In my opinion, most individual Realtors simply don’t have the resources or “horse power” to complete a Phoenix short sale, or Scottsdale short sale.  This is where our team effort comes into play.  Visit our Phoenix short sale link at http://www.allhomesaz.com/arizona_short_sale_phoenix_short_sale.html

This difference between our Phoenix short sale team and others is simple:  this is all we do.  Our entire staff is there to work short sales and nothing else.  We have successfully completed hundreds of transactions right here in the Phoenix area.  We don’t base our approach on theory or from classroom teachings.  We have used real life situations right here in Phoenix to become the best short sale team in the valley.

So if you are looking for an expert team of Phoenix short sale agents, or need help with a Scottsdale short sale, please visit our link at http://www.allhomesaz.com/arizona_short_sale_phoenix_short_sale.html

Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008

Are you looking for a short sale expert in your neighborhood or city?  We can help.  We have a team of short sale experts that operate in the Phoenix metro area.  Our team of Phoenix short sale experts has helped numerous homeowners across the Phoenix area.

Don’t fall victim to paying $500-$1000 upfront from Realtors or other short sale companies.  There is absolutely no reason why you or anyone should be paying this kind of money to process a short sale in Phoenix.  Many of these companies will claim that the fee is for “processing your paperwork” or other excuses.  Once again, you should not have to pay any money when doing a short sale with your home.

At allhomesaz.com, we don’t charge you anything for our service.  In fact, this motivates us even more.  If we don’t successfully close your Phoenix short sale, then we don’t get paid by the bank.

Arizona Short Sale Help-Give us a call!

Monday, December 22nd, 2008

In my opinion, Arizona home prices will continue to fall in 2009.  What does this all mean?  How will this affect you?  Well, if you need to sell your home in Phoenix, Arizona, it may be tough.  This is assuming you have no equity or you are “upside down”.  If this sounds like your situation, we can help by negotiating your Arizona short sale.

Why try and continue making mortgage payments that you simply can’t afford?  Furthermore, why continue making mortgage payments on a home that is declining in value?  These are some very serious questions to ask yourself when considering an Arizona short sale.

For more details on an Arizona short sale, visit our webpage at http://www.allhomesaz.com/arizona_short_sale_phoenix_short_sale.html

Believe it or not, the bank doesn’t want to foreclose on your home.  Most banks would prefer to get your home taken care of without having to go through the hassles of foreclosure.  Foreclosing on a home in Arizona can cost a bank thousands of dollars in legal fees and paperwork.  Keeping this in mind, you can see why some banks would rather agree to a short sale in Arizona.

An Arizona short sale can be seen as a “win win” for everyone involved.  If you need expert guidance through a short sale in Phoenix, Arizona, please click on the following link http://www.allhomesaz.com/arizona_short_sale_phoenix_short_sale.html
